I've changed hosting providers. My old hoster was too much money for the space and features I was receiving. So if something isn't working right, please let me know so I can fix it.

Timing Belt, Oil Pump, seals, & pullies - Posted Wednesday, March 17, 2004 by Josh
I finally got all the parts and the time to work on everything this past weekend. It really wasn't too dificult. I could have probably done just the belt in 2 hours or so.
The major headache was the front oil seals. The crank seal wasn't too bad because I removed the oil pump to replace some o-rings in it. The cam seals were the pain. The trick is taking a small flat head screwdriver in perpendicular to cam shaft. You need to press it in and up....then push back against the end of the screwdriver towards the engine. Once I figured it out, I got the second one out in a matter of minutes.
